We’re very excited to finally have our new site and directory started! It’s taken us quite a while. When we purchased the site from it’s founder we had assumed we would have things up and running in a few months. Our personal life was busy and it was too much to look at maintaining the custom script for site updates. We knew what we wanted to move towards, but didn’t have the time. So, we kept the facebook page active and waited. Along the way we lost control of the domain name (who knows maybe we can get that back at some point) but we are now ready to launch the new version of the directory.
We look forward to featuring the businesses of Lee County, Florida and are excited to announce that it won’t be too long before Collier County has it’s own directory from us as well! One of the things that we get excited about is small, local businesses and giving them the tools they need to compete and succeed. In today’s online landscape, local directories can be extremely important to help a business stand out from the crowd.
